Alloy 20 Ball Valve Manufacturer in Saudi Arebia
KSA VALVE CONTROL INC Alloy 20 Ball Valve Alloy 20 is a nickel–chromium–molybdenum stainless steel alloy developed for applications involving sulfuric acid. Its corrosion resistance also finds other uses in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, power generation, and plastics industries. Alloy 20 resists pitting and chloride ion corrosion and its copper content protects it from sulfuric acid. It is often chosen to solve stress corrosion cracking problems, which may occur with 316L stainless.
ASTM A351 gr CN7M Alloy 20 Valves are made up of an austenitic stainless steel grade that is often used as equivalent to Monel 400 grade in making valves. The material has 19% chromium minimum with cobalt, carbon, copper, manganese, molybdenum, 32% nickel phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and tantalum in the composition. The astm a351 cn7m butterfly valves are type of gate valves with butterfly shaped gates made in this grade of material. It is corrosion resistant to acids. The material is also specifically corrosion resistant to up to 40% concentrated boiling sulfuric acid. For this reason, the valves are used in acid production plants. The a351 gr. cn7m flanged ball valves have a ball for the regulation of the liquid flow with flanged ends.
The flanged ends connect face to face with flanged pipe ends. The dimensions vary and the sizes of the valves range from ½ inches to 48 inches. The material also has good fabricability to make valves. The a351 gr cn7m plug valves use a plug inside the valve body to regulate the liquid flow.
The plug can be made of the same material or a different material depending on the application requirements. The asme sa351 cn7m check valves are used to regulate the flow in one direction. The check valves and others are used in chemical and allied industries, pharmaceutical processing industries, food and dying industries, pickling racks, tanks and other severe environments
